Rental Conditions

General Rental Conditions

These conditions apply to all properties managed by DGBOOKING. By making a reservation you accept these terms and conditions.

Reservations

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. The balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival: full refund of deposit. Less than 30 days: deposit forfeited.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in from 15:00. Check-out by 11:00. Late check-out subject to availability.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required on arrival. Returned within 7 days of departure.
